Case Study: Making Surveys Fun
The cutting board pictured is a sample of the work we do. The client wanted a way to gather customer satisfaction surveys that could be posted onto their website. After working with the client and determining their needs, we worked with them to develop this cutting board with an Ipad imbedded inside. The device not only gathers the satisfaction survey, but also has a system to notify the manager on duty if a negative review is submitted. The speed of the notification is quick enough for the manager to discuss issue with the guests before they leave, usual response time is 15 to 20 seconds.
The survey includes the use of the Net Promoter System (NPS), that asks a single question to help the business owner understand whether the business is expanding or contracting over time. NPS has been developed over a period of decades and in this simple, but effective application, it can be used by small businesses to “catch” a problem before it gets bigger.
We can also mount the Nook Color with this method. The Nook will keep costs lower and minimize theft if that is a concern. The Ipad and Nook Color can be mounted in other methods to stay with the theme of the business.
